Vince McMahon himself reportedly told Bubba Ray Dudley this very thing “Bubba, it’s very rare that the boys have leverage on me, but when they do have leverage on me and they don’t use it, shame on them.” Soo you can’t blame Brock Lesnar one bit for being one of the very few wrestlers who has that leverage and is able come and go as he pleases.
It’s not his fault that a lot of the guys in the WWE who resent him, are too scared to take the risk to leave so they will continue to live off the scraps that Vince throws their way. Seth Rollins acted like the energizer bunny when he kept talking sh*t about Brock being a lazy part timer – he just kept going and going.
Unlike Seth, Brock made himself valuable by being one of the few to have legit success outside of wrestling. And when you create value, you enjoy the perks. Notice, Brock was the one who had access to his own private jet during that disastrous Saudi trip while the rest of the talent were stranded.
The lazy part timer talk has since cooled down considerably because a lot of wrestlers have admitted that Brock Lesnar isn’t a bad guy. He just goes about his business and just wants to be left alone.
